The short version: This is the WORST primary care office I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional, disregard patient's time and needs completely, and not culturally sensitive whatsoever. 0/10 would NOT recommend. The long version: I spoke with Mr. Edson Pineda (NP) when I was not feeling well from GI concerns, and the recommendations provided were not culturally sensitive whatsoever (I was fasting at the time in observance of Ramadan and asked him if it was safe to continue doing so, he just smirked and told me "I can wri... read more
Unprofessional. Staff is rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. They speak horrible English and can’t understand the patients. The doctors are just as neglectful and are highly inconsiderate of patients time and health issues. I hate this company.
AZZ took great care of my son. Jerry from Billing was absolutely so professional and courteous. So glad we found this practice!!
