Very frustrating and stressful scheduling experience I am honestly very disappointed with my experience with the front desk. Someone who is already seeking mental health care may already be under a lot of stress, and this scheduling process made my anxiety even worse. They took over Dr. Mohamed Salem’s practice after he retired. Dr. Salem was my PCP for 35 years. He was fantastic they suck. Can’t understand them and they charge for everything including refilling prescriptions. Definitely do not recommend. Miss you Dr. Salem.
Called for a friend, very confusing to speak to, continued to say that more was owed, their record keeping is awful, do not trust the facility for medical care or record keeping.
