They gave me another clients information by mistake. Huge HIPPA violation. I'm contacting the state and federal oversight bodies. Additionally, the most rude, unorganized, incompetent group of "mental health professionals". Some very good providers, receptionist but overall they are sinking in a cesspool.
Long waiting time
Dr Daria s she had me labeled before I even got to my appointment and spoke to me as if I didn't have needs she treated me like a paymentnot a patient she rushed the appointment and seemed like she got upset with me when I couldn't give her my pharmacy information I would not recommend them for any psychiatric therapist needs and I will be calling to State on them to have them audited
Does anyone have Dr Hazel? What is your experience? I’m being avoided and I need my disability paperwork and mY FMLA. MY job is in jeopardy and my disability is denied now. I spoke with both assistants on phone and emailed at least 10 times. I’m bed ridden otherwise I’d go up there. Every one has a boss to report to. This might be my next step.
