Note: I was a patient here and a former LVN. This dialysis center is a mixed bag. Most of the staff here are great, whether its Carlos the RT, Joey, Steven, Zaldy (Techs), Angie the Rn, Arturo (LVN) and more. However It has its issues as well. I frequently contested with staff the amount of water drawn in a session (RNS). They wished to speak to policy, Not taking into account the current medications I was on or my medical diagnoses history, or weight I had lost. Nice clinic. Friendly people.
Note: I am a patient here and a former LVN. Many Azusa Dialysis staff are excellent. Physicians Dr. Jamal, Dr. Rizvi, and Dr. Bhasin truly care for their patients; it is hard to find better. Social worker Jessica is one in a million, repeatedly going above and beyond. Techs like Joey, Stephen, and Zaldy are excellent. Arturo and Angie Kim are also amazing, extremely capable nurses. I took my grandma here for dialysis, and I was really impressed. The staff is friendly and really knows what they’re doing. They made sure we understood the process, and my grandma felt comfortable the whole time. The place is clean and well-organized, and you can tell they care about their patients. Overall, a solid experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone needing dialysis.
Thanks to Azusa dialysis center This center helped me to overcome all my negative feelings i was experiencing negative all day about being on dialysis I was feeling physically and mentally challenge. I've been to others Dialysis centers before this one they helped me. I have a great health care team and this center has a special place in my heart thank you life savers
