Scheduling is horrible! The communication is horrible and if you get any scheduling mixed up they do not let you go back, even though they don't have any kind of consistency with their own schedule. We have even had appointments set and no therapist there at the time of the appointment. Children especially rely on routine and consistency, so the constant not knowing when you will have another appointment is wild. Just awful had really bad side effects, was given too large of a dose. There wasn't even a follow-up call to check on how I was feeling.
