Fantastic customer service � Beautiful and clean! You would never know the place was �dog friendly. My boyfriend brought his dog and the hotel staff had bowls and treats waiting in the room!� Room service was SO GOOD. We had guests visit one day, valet was free for them. The pool area is fantastic. Again, I can’t say enough about the customer service. I can’t wait to come back. ��
We had a wonderful relaxing stay at One Ocean.
We are local went early lie 1040am I didn’t want breakfast so they gave us the lunch menu I had the best Ahi Tuna with yummy sauce over a pasta rice. We sat at the bar.
We just had an anniversary weekend stay at One Ocean. It was our first time visiting the hotel and I have to stay we were utterly impressed. The staff went above and beyond. They were courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the area. The perks you get with One Ocean are I comprable, liked complimentary stocked water and juices in your mini fridge, they will iron and steam clothing and bring you ice as well, all complimentary. We love coming here. Great service! We love all the nearby restaurants. Our favorite Flying Iguana and Nortbeach Fish Camp!
We had an excellent time! The staff was very welcoming, the service was exceptional and we look forward to coming back.
