Andy is fantastic! He made me feel comfortable from the start and clearly explained how treatment would help improve scar mobility and reduce tightness. Their technique is gentle yet effective, and he’s very mindful when working on sensitive areas. After a few sessions, I noticed smoother texture and much less discomfort.
