This apartment complex has really gone downhill over the last eight months. It constantly smells like weed, people are spitting and smoking in the stairwells, and there’s no cleaning on weekends. My car has been broken into, my packages have been stolen, and the new residents they’ve let in have been extremely careless. I’m seriously considering moving.
Lived here for less than a year and for the most part it was good. Towards the end, the place smelled like weed all the time and then my car got broken into twice and had the wheels and tires stolen. This became a serious issue in the community but no cameras were installed and the “security” they hired didn’t do much either. Make sure you address these security concerns before signing a lease, especially if you drive a toyota or a honda. Due to the car break-ins, they helped us move out which I’m thankful for.
