Looking at one of their properties I can just say Russ Kieran is just absolutely useless no character in this old guy didn’t seem to care and not interested. Didn’t bother about the property after
We had a great experience renting a townhouse through Azure Living. Our property manager Chelsea Hawkins was professional and super helpful, making our interstate move much easier.
I would not recommend this company for rental purposes. We ceased renting with them in November, after experiencing numerous issues with the property manager, who repeatedly blamed us for problems that were not our fault. Despite providing evidence to support our claims, which the property manager acknowledged, the situation remained unresolved. I’d highly recommend Azure property and in particular Marco our property manager. Marco is prompt, professional and friendly. It’s been a pleasure working with Azure and having peace of mind they will work with tenants and owners
