Brittany O’Grady (Azure Richlands)– the most irresponsible and arrogant property manager we have ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars, I would. Throughout our tenancy, dealing with Brittany was extremely frustrating. Maintenance was always a struggle, and we had to repeatedly follow up just to receive updates or have issues resolved. She never answered our calls, only she knows why. The move out process was even worse. We did not use her recommended cleaner and instead arranged our own professional cleaner.
