The customer service I experienced is great!
I have changed my name for anonymity but we had the worst experience with Azure at 164 government rd. Our apartment flooded, and they didn't lift a finger to assist us, even though they were at fault. Also beware of the security cameras. I had something stolen and the cameras weren't working apparently. Spoke with other residents who had the same story from management. Absolute joke. Update - funny you want to hear more about the flooding 3 years later but weren't interested in 2022?
We just moved out from 164 Government Road and sadly to say I will miss that place. We lived there for 6 years and never had any trouble with the management .We had an enjoyable stay there and it also helped having a good property manager. I highly recommend Isobel Pardoe, she is very helpful and always replies to my e mail. I can't fault her. We had a good communication, people renting there are lucky to have Isobel as a property manager. Sincerely Gina
