Accidentally sent rent to azure as they were our previous agents. We hadn’t rented from them for a year by that point. After a week of discussions and Janet being difficult about refunding the money she decided to inform us they’ve suddenly discovered we owed them $177. Once I escalated this to her manager she told me I owed her $210… without my permission she took the money from my refund. I had not been contacted about this money until I sent money to them. I have been renting with Azure since 2018 and cannot speak highly enough of Isobel. She is always friendly, highly responsive and goes above and beyond to help out with any issues. We have been renters for 17+ years and Azure Living have been the most professional and competent agents we have dealt with. Isobel is always pleasant, has excellent communication and responds quickly to any issues which, in our experience, is rare in a property manager! We also really appreciate the attention to detail regarding the complex as well, eg. the upkeep of the gardens, the car parks and rubbish bins. We would recommend Azure Living (and Isobel) to any tenants looking for a happy renting experience.
