Can confirm, all the reviews are true. Working with this place is a nightmare. What parking place's offices are closed on a Monday. Rented a 1 bedroom from Azure for the month for $10k and they assured me I would have parking, and here I am without parking or anyone to talk to.
Pretty bad experience, I use it for residence parking and after two months I still don't have an assigned parking spot. Communication channels are also very poor.
Worst experience ever. Don’t come.
Propark has recently acquired the parking space for Azure. So far has been really poorly managed. Residents should have assigned spots but temporary renters have been using even reserved spots. Also building security is compromised as even non residents can just enter the building since some of the doors entering the building dont have locks. Been a mess so far
