Worst experience ever. Don’t come.
Propark has recently acquired the parking space for Azure. So far has been really poorly managed. Residents should have assigned spots but temporary renters have been using even reserved spots. Also building security is compromised as even non residents can just enter the building since some of the doors entering the building dont have locks. Been a mess so far
Azure residents are frustrated with Propark (and Azure for selling our private parking to Propark). Since Propark was introduced, the following have happened: 1. Residents no longer have annual parking commitments in our annual leases. We're now paying for parking month-to-month with Propark, and nothing is preventing them from jacking up our parking to $5K/month after we've committed to a year-long lease with Azure. 2.
