We moved here because it’s close to the ship yard and these are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. Crackhead neighbors running through the halls screaming at 1am, bug infested, mold infested, leasing office is never ever open, they ignore calls and questions. Cheap appliances everything is constantly breaking. Our dishwasher flooded our apartment 8 times in the 10 months we lived here. The staff are rude and incompetent and don’t care about you. Wonderful apartments. Currently live here. Neighbors are relatively quiet and very nice. Spaces are really good for one or even 2 people. Kids are great here too perfect for shipyard or military living or even first apartment. Management are very responsive and care very much about their tenants
I lived here for just shy of a year and absolutely would not recommend to anyone! Appliances break all the time and maintenance never fixes them. I never once had them show up to fix my microwave, washer, or light fixtures. I guess all the microwaves are messed up in apartment C due to electrical issues ? That’s what maintenance told me during the 6 month inspections and I asked why mine hadn’t been fixed.
