My daughter lived here for over a year and I visited her frequently. Last summer (June 2025) they began to house 10+ Spanish speaking only males in one of the units. These guys would sit in the courtyard of building A drinking their Modelo and smoking weed with music blasting at 10 in the morning and would remain there all day. I lived in Azure Apartments for a year and a half. The apartment itself wasn’t terrible. It was small, and the neighbors smoked weed every day religiously, and there was black mold that wouldn’t stop growing in the poorly ventilated bathroom that also had the smallest washer and dryer I’ve ever seen. The walls were so paper thin you could hear your neighbors screaming at each other. Do not rent a house here. Despite the fact that it is overpriced due to it being near base. No one ever answers their phone and there are alot of old equipments in the house that is easily broken or about to give out. It took 3months before they we're able to replace my washing machine and when they were able to replace it, they gave a smaller washing machine that could only fit less than half of what I usually put in. Moved in August 2024 and I stayed for almost a year. Honestly, try a different apartment. The rent is one of the lowest in the area, so Azure is really ONLY a good option if you are trying to pocket more money from less rent. But if you do decide to move in, do not move into the C building . Burwell street has a lot of traffic and it’s so loud. And that building is OLD. The floors are in poor condition and they have some outdated 2-in-1 washer and dryer. Management is my biggest gripe. They are so incredibly frustrating to w... read more
