DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will get charged miscellenous fees. I have had renters insurance since I've moved in and provided them proof every month yet I still get charged. The rent has not been consistent the entire time I've been here. I am considering not renewing my lease due to the inconsistency. I also had a bee-hive on my balcony and they were made aware and I had to wait 2 days before somebody came out not to mention I've had fruit flies or gnats in my unit and had all my maintenance orders cancelled. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Management is horrible. They try and sweep BIG issues under the rug. This place has a roach problem, and a problem with car break ins due to a gate that does not ever function. I have lived here for 10 months now and I cannot wait until this lease is over so I can move somewhere that will provide me with what I actually paid for.
