Very tight &scketchy parking, even for a mini Cooper, balcony railing way too low for 6 feet and above persons
Small and over priced, no washing machine or proper refrigerator, no freezer, big AC unit on the floor blocking the window, no parking, and no access to amenities, no opportunity to pay more for access either. We thought living with a mini fridge would be fine but fill it with a weeks worth of dinner and the thing malfunctions, so you have to adjust the temperature accordingly. My experience here has been frustrating. Management fails to communicate important fee policies and has left many residents blindsided by unexpected charges. Who is pocketing all these fees? This place is not worth your money…stay away.
