Small and over priced, no washing machine or proper refrigerator, no freezer, big AC unit on the floor blocking the window, no parking, and no access to amenities even if we asked to pay for them. The communal washing machine space is definitely not regularly maintained, half the time I put my clothes in a machine, paid, and tried to start, it would just give me an error message.
