Feels like home
I just called Azure today around 3:40 PM to ask for some information about the property, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The leasing agent I spoke to was very rude — she actually laughed, said “bye,” and hung up on me in the middle of the call. The management team at Azure Apartments and the Morgan Group are all unprofessional, unresponsive, and unorganized. The lack of communication that I experienced amongst the property manager, assistant manager, and the area manager is beyond ridiculous. As a tenant, they did not respond to my phone calls or emails. The only way to reach them is when you go down to the office. This was an exceptional experience. My partner and I had been looking for a place for nearly two months, but it wasn’t until we came to Azure we found a home. The virtual tour doesn’t do the property enough justice. If I cannot say it enough please tour in person! Jackie, was prompt and promising from the gate!!
