Great experience at Azura Medical Clinic in Edmonton. The clinic is clean, well run, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Dr Fardowsa is an excellent British female doctor. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She really takes the time to listen and explain things clearly, which makes you feel comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend the clinical staff, especially Dr Fardowsa, Bouzedi and Saad. Really great people and very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had called and emailed since Feb 24th/26 and today is March 4th. The pharmacy did not receive any of the medication faxes. For Dr Saad to call back, that never happened either. I am looking for a new Dr
Wait time is minimal, and the staff & doctors are outstandingly time efficient and helpful here
I've tried twice this week to get into this clinic and both times they were closed early. If your advertised hours are til 8pm, it helps if you actually stay open til 8pm. Some people pay for childcare and transportation to go to the clinic so it's disappointing when you get there at 7:30pm and they are closing. Waste of money and time. Not to mention if you are in need of medical attention.
