(Alliant Home Health) Very bad experience! Requested from Dafffni female physical therapy (PT), female occupational therapy (OT), and Female Speech therapy (SP). Got a Male PT which is the only available PT at this time. Then, I had to chasse Alliant people to get a female OT after 2 weeks. After a month, got in touch with a speech therapist (SP). Alliant never sent the progress, extension, or authorization to my insurance but informed me to arrange for self-pay with the therapist. Alliant did not follow up with the therapis... read more
