This place is a JOKE! The property is not maintained. Currently (8/28/21) it is 90° in the common areas, as the AC has not worked all summer. When inquiring/complaining to the REGIONAL manager, we are told “we’re working on it.” We have been told this over and over and over for months! We have have left voicemails with the owners, Sante Realty in Arizona, and they haven’t returned a single phone call- zero accountability and total negligence!
