I've lived here for 2 years and I absolutely adore this apartment complex! The staff are so friendly and helpful!

I have been living here about 2 years. I am very pleased with the fact of the cleanliness, safety, professionalism and friendliness. Whenever I have had any issues in the apartment with maintenance, as usual, always after office hours. I have always gotten immediate responses and help. I have always been met with a friendly attitude even when one time it was well after midnight!! I have loved living here for the past year and half! The office managers are wonderful, the maintenance guys respond quickly and do a great job, the grounds are kept up and look nice, and the price is perfect! This is one of the few apts in Waco that are affordable for singles and have W/D in EVERY unit. Super pet-friendly! And I'm LOVING the latest improvements to the complex! Everyone should check out this place!
I absolutely love living here! Everyone is so friendly and kind. Ms Sandi is always willing to help and answer any questions I may have. The maintenance crew is also wonderful, I've even had casual chats with the courtesy patrol officer that I have enjoyed! I love that I feel completely safe here and truly call it home. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else and would recommend these apartments to anyone!
I could not be happier with the complex , managers and the way we have been treated like we are all a family for the last four years. Recently became ill where I needed handicapped assistance and they have been on top of everything.
I love living here management is nice and resin so nice and friendly and it's so peaceful and quiet
Property manager here and love my residents. I consider my community family. Could not ask for better residents.
