Best pedicure of my life, I can’t wait to come back!!! I booked a “Classic pedicure” with Mimi; she is FANTASTIC. This was everything I’ve been searching for in a nail salon (relaxing ambiance, exceptional service, attention to detail, etc). Highly recommend!
My experience at this nail salon was diabolical. I went in to get a pedicure and full set. The nail tech was inexperienced and left humps on my nails and polish on my hand. I was in the salon from 3pm until 7pm for a simple pedicure and nail extensions. The manager did not care. He only wanted to make money and not make the customer happy. Terrible place. If I could leave no stars, I would. #unhappycustomer

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE NICE DECORATIONS AND INTERIOR OF THE SHOP. My pedicure was a total of 20 min from start to finish. No exaggeration here, the "massage" was about 45 sec per leg. Normally my daughter and I have an amazing experience here. They apparently had a new person this go around who did my mani and pedi. This person left me with 9 cuts on my fingers and 1 on my toe. My nails do look fantastic but due to the stinging I asked for him to just do a clear coat and not finish the French tip I had originally planned on getting. Their solve was to give me $5 off. Not thrilled and not sure if we’re going back.
