Ana is truly the best! I’ve been going to her for almost 10 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. I’ve gone from blonde to brunette with her, and she always gets it exactly right. I also get K-tip extensions, and they are incredible! mine last up to 6 months, and no one can ever tell they’re extensions. The quality and her technique are unmatched. I do not recommend booking with Ayleen. I had an extremely confusing and frustrating experience due to inconsistent communication, misleading pricing/policies, and a complete lack of professionalism. I initially reached out to her about booking, but her responses were very vague and standoffish. I liked her work, so I decided to book a consultation hoping I would have a different experience. I came in on a Sunday to get my hair done by Destiny, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I absolutely love my new color and cut! Ayleen really listened to what I wanted and delivered even better than I imagined. The color turned out beautiful and the cut fits my style perfectly. On top of that, she’s so friendly, outgoing, and welcoming — she made the whole appointment comfortable and fun. I’ll definitely be coming back!
