The doctor was very thorough with her questions and was able to determine why I had a reaction to my medication. She was also realistic and what may come about with my diagnosis. I did not feel that I was rushed so that she can get to her next patient.
She was very patient on me and very honest what she telling me and my situation thank you for being honest with me
This was my first time being at the Azul Vision office & I was very impressed! Everyone there were very friendly & cordial. Dr. Lei was very personable & took the time to explain the procedures that were done. I felt very comfortable with her.
She was very personable,great attitude and friendly, answered all my questions.
Horrible service, 30 minutes to make an appointment is unacceptable. They said they would schedule me with a Renta specialist for my mom, they send us to Glendale only to find out they didn’t have a specialist. I was told by the office manager I would receive a call before appointment was scheduled yet didn’t receive a phone. They don’t take patients needs seriously.
