They are very kind, it's a good clinic with true professionals.
Front office staff is absolutely the worst I have encountered. Unprofessional and unhelpful. No people skills. Very defensive and condescending, they don’t take accountability for their mistakes and blame patients. They looked bothered to be there doing their job. Don’t even think of asking for office manager she is even worse, setting the example for the rest of the staff in the front office. Sad the way they treat the mostly elderly patients. They give false and contradicting information depending on who you speak to.
