On 04/15/26, I arrived at Myles Brookman, M.D. 2:45Pm for 3:00PM and approx. 3:40PM I was called into a room for initial check up for eye pressure, and reading vision test. Then I was told to wait in another waiting room located in the back area in the office for another hour and 25 minutes. I expressed my aggravation to the office assistant about the long waiting period and she explained the waiting period was the standard and that All patients received written notice to expect the extended waiting periods.
