This was my first visit to this facility and I was quite impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the furniture and the layout of the exam rooms etc. The staff was very friendly and polite and answered my questions completely. Dr Chang was very professional and took time to explain what was wrong with my eye and how he was going to fix it. I feel very confident that my surgery here will be 100% effective
