⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I initially called to ask about their veggie burrito options. The girl who answered put me on hold for a good 10 minutes and then hung up. I called back around 8:15 PM (they close at 9:00 PM), and she told me they don’t have vegetarian options — only fish, shrimp, or bean and cheese burritos. Great local staple. We eat here all the time! Music is a bit loud for conversation, but otherwise one of our go-toos.
I don't even know where to start. I am leaving now with a painful leg from spilled broth by the waiter. No one offered help. I had to ask for a manager who offered nothing and showed no concern for my leg. I had to ask that the soup be taken off my bill. I will get it off my leg myself.
