Their GPS system is not accurate when tracking speed related to the speed zone posted limit which changes very rapidly. Speed Limit signs in cities are not properly visible. There is very little grace period to react to speed limits. Speed limits are changed frequently in cities also and I believe this company is not kept up to date with the changes the city makes. These GPS tracking errors pertaining to speed limits are costing people their jobs.
Gps durations not on point.
Azuga called to help address my concerns and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I removed one star because it did take a few months to hear from them regarding addressing my concerns, so this is something that should be improved for the premium cost of the units; However, I am happy with the end result of our discussion. Thanks for hearing and addressing this customer, Azuga.
