Update October 2025: Technician Rafael came yesterday to clean the blower and cabinet for $525, but the work was not done properly. He did not use air compression as stated in the contract to clean the plates (used a garden hose) and tried to reinstall the blower in this filthy condition, claiming it was “rust.” I’m sharing before and after photos. Looks the same! I even used a Q-tip to confirm how filthy dirty it was left. The system now makes a rattling noise after his visit because he did not reinstall the blower properly... read more

10/28/2024 - today technician Juan Ortega completed work on our unit that included the installation of a UV light and a unit air sanitizer. Juan is knowledgeable, courteous, and was always very professional. We are grateful for his service and attention to detail! Today (3/8/2024) we had our air vents cleaned by Ricardo and his associate. The two gentlemen were on time, respectful and efficient. They completed the task in a reasonable time.
