the worst company to deal with. customer service is atrocious, rude, unhelpful and techs don't show up. wish we never used this place. we are stuck in a service contract and I cannot wait for it to end. the very worst company I have had the misfortune of being stuck with.
My parents have had a service contract with Aztil for I believe over 20 years. As they got older, I started managing their affairs. Unfortunately, we hear stories of vendors taking advantage of the elderly. Aztil came twice a year to perform routine maintenance on their unit. September 16,2020 Aztil sent two of their technicians to install a complete air conditioning system in my condo. George and Luke were absolutely professional and very kind. They truly made me feel good about Aztil AC. Thank you so much!!!!
We have been using Aztil for over 5 years and had a new AC Unit installed two years ago. Always professional and courteous. Today's bi-annual servicing was especially good thanks to "Eddie" who performed the service. One of the nicest technicians at Aztil. Many thanks for a job well done!

The service man was excellent maintaining my two HVAC units. Jonathon * also used several gallons of hot water to flush the drain lines along with the vacuum.
