I miscommunicated about the time to meet the technician at my house for an "inspection" for termites. Not sure who's fault it was, but the technician stayed in phone contact with me despite his need to go on to another appointment he had scheduled. He returned to my home afterwards, despite the late hours of his day. He was thorough, understandable, and stayed to apply a treatment to our home even though the hour was closing on 6 PM.
