We installed our system in September 2022 and still believe it was the best investment we've made. Feels wonderful to be off of oil plus the addition of air conditioning which our home never had. We had one issue with our system going down (we weren't too worried) and immediately Geoff texted us to check the basement. Thankfully, he did as there was water pooling around the system that we likely wouldn't have noticed for days. Fast forward to this year and we decided to add a humidifier and an extra thermostat. Update 2025 - Once again 5 stars! Staff are professional and kniw their systems. Declan couldn't be more helpful! Update - 2024 maintenance. Aztek did not disappoint again...10 stars! Austin and Desiree were very responsive. Declan was prompt, friendly and explained the process thoroughly. Best customer service ever! Very helpful professional staff. Excellent service on our Geothermal units. Aztech was able to correct shoddy work of a previous company as well.
