Helpful and inexpensive, but not sweet – I've been using this place for years as a media professional. They are inexpensive and do a good job. They will look for ways to save you money. They are busy, but will fix almost anything. They can be a little gruff, but so am I.

horrible customer service – This place seems cool and looks like they do a good job. They overcharge you for labor, treat you like sh*$, and are flat out rude... Horrible experience highly recommend not going.. Other people commenting I dont know what to say. I never write reviews but my experience was so bad I had to.. sorry

Awesome People – I have no idea why this business could ever get a bad review. I and my American buddies have been using their services for 20 years or so and we have never had a problem. The work is excellent, the pricing is correct and the service is very friendly.

Legit Operation – I have had a couple of repairs made, and decided against a couple with their help. Anyone who has stepped in this place knows that they are legit because of the amount of work going on. Best for TLC on tube amps, but I have had solid state and a tape machine fixed too.

Absolutely Fair and Reliable for Decades – I've had equipment dealings with Aztech since the mid 1980's. Tom and his technicians know what they're doing and how to fix things. They've been doing it forever and wouldn't still be in business if they made a practice of ripping people off. Repair can be expensive and Tom & crew will level with you about that when you bring your equipment in. Service not very good, very pricy – I'm not surprised I had a problem with Aztech last year, I should have posted sooner. You have to be really careful before you drop anything off and have the estimate clearly written out. My problem was similar to your as I was overcharged for labor for a simple repair that I could have and should have done myself. Something's Fishy about thie previous review – I've used Tom and Aztec's services many times for about 15 years and I've always been pleased and satisfied with his service. Items are always finished on time and I don't need to bring stuff back anytime soon there after. I find what's being said here very hard to believe from my experience with this company. Maybe he didn't get paid by the manufacturer. Remember Aztec is not the company you bought your product from.

UPDATE: This place is a rip off. DO NOT GET ANYTHING REPAIRED HERE – Update: Nothing fishy here my friend... just being honest. I just picked up my equipment, it was a $20 wire, the labor was $50 plus some extra "rush" charges whatever that means. I had to pay out of pocket $78.00 for a simple wire than had to be plugged in... not rocket science. The real problem was they led me to believe they would fix it and it would be covered under warranty, but after they fixed it (plugged the wire in) they demanded the money and said ... read more

TOM IS THE GREATEST! – Always honest, fair and reliable. They don't make promises they can't keep and they do great solid work. Whenever anything breaks, I go to Aztech. I love Tom!
