AzSprings is one of the best choices that I have made for my family and myself. Sergio and Ashley in the office have been absolutely amazing anytime I need anything. They jump on it and they get it done right away. Don't rent from here if you expect to get your deposit back! I paid my rent on time every month for the entire duration of my lease. Followed all steps in moving out and returning my keys. During my walk through with Ray the maintenance supervisor I was told I left my apartment in immaculate condition and he would be noting that in my file. If you ask me about what my opinion is about this apartment complex, this is the best way I would describe it. This is the absolute god awful apartment complex that I have ever lived at. Worse place ever !!! Do not rent here they literally will take your money and not care about your needs or anything!!! THEY HAVE BUGS HERE TOO!!! we’ve experienced a roach infestation multiple times never came to address the issue! They also raise the rent on me as well without telling me before hand and it came down to me moving on they promised me a new apartment with better conditions and they have yet to set me up in new place.
