Choosing this apartment complex as my choice of residency has been one of the worst mistakes I have ever chose in my entire life. I will be trying to break my lease as soon as possible. I have lived here only four months and in that time I have gone without working AC I've had Numerous floods in my kitchen. So far, so GREAT !!!! I just love how easy the move in process was, & how kind and understanding Sergio is!! After reading some negative reviews prior to moving in, my family and I were a bit hesitant . Especially considering my allergies & such. However, Sergio was very honest and accommodating, which immediately put my mind at ease & allowed me to enjoy our new home! AzSprings is one of the best choices that I have made for my family and myself. Sergio and Ashley in the office have been absolutely amazing anytime I need anything. They jump on it and they get it done right away. The maintenance team is one of the best maintenance teams I've ever had in a apartment complex every time I put a work order in they are here right away and get the job done sufficiently the first time And always make sure that I'm happy with the results.
