I gave my notice and even updated them through the month. They were in the process of replacing the office staff. I gave my notice to sergio and he did not put it in the computer. He kept telling me that Ray was going to call me and never did. The day I went to turn in my keys Sergio would not even look at me. They got an eviction on me and I can't get another place to live. I evan cleaned the apartment it was immaculate.
We have been here for over 1 years now and we love it here. The staff is friendly, the property is kept clean by maintenance and the areah is a pretty quiet for the most part. Sergio has been a great staff member throught our stay.
Choosing this apartment complex as my choice of residency has been one of the worst mistakes I have ever chose in my entire life. I will be trying to break my lease as soon as possible. I have lived here only four months and in that time I have gone without working AC I've had Numerous floods in my kitchen. The office does not care about the residence whatsoever today we have gone without water all day. The office kept on telling us within the next hour of water should be on.
