Fast estimate, very responsive to many questions before choosing his company. Helped me get HOA approval for shingles. Large project, complicated by how house sits atop my lot, yet he worked hard to find ways to make it work. Crew only opened part of roof each day, to ensure stayed water tight (tore off cedar shake, set sheeting, then underlayment and shingles). Protected landscaping during the tear off process. Would highly recommend. Works by word of mouth, no need to advertise, so spread the word.

Recently had a new roof installed by Thomas and his crew which couldn’t have gone any better. First Thomas is a great communicator and outlined everything that would be done. We are newly retired and had not foreseen a new roof but Thomas kept the costs down as much as possible. He is kind to his employees, brought beverages and mandates rest periods so the workers are healthy enough to withstand the high temps and physical labor involved. We just had a new GAF 50 year roof installed by Thomas and the crew. They were very professional from the beginning. The estimate was fast and a value to good to pass up. They did an incredible job and communicated well throughout the process. Thomas took time to discuss any issues and options. They did great work and finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend Aztec Roofing if you're in need of roofing repair or replacement.
Thomas & crew re-roofed two well-house buildings for our community. The bid was professional, thorough and less expensive than other bids we’d received for the job. The quality of the work done by Thomas was absolutely stellar! And the clean up & removal all debris- impressive! The job was started and finished exactly on schedule. 5-stars!!
