I signed a contract with this company that took 6 weeks to negotiate. 3 Months later, Daniel started sending me bills for thousands of dollars, demanding payment in 4 days, with no notice, to pay for things NOT in my contract. Every other tenant is complaining of the same thing. Would give zero stars and I can see that one of the 5 star reviews was someone in his family.
DO NOT use Richard Villanueva for any construction or handyman work! He did not pay attention when I told him what we wanted, wrote down incorrect information, did not finish the job, and then expected us to pay for his mistakes. He basically stole $2500 from us. He is dishonest and unreliable. BEWARE!!!!!!
