It was close to campus but man was it overpriced for your living experience.
The dorm is old, furniture is barely standing and when I moved in it was incredibly dirty, but what really makes it bad is the management, who are poorly trained and don't know how treat their residents fairly. The rent is 1501 USD per month per person, in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment for four people. I've had things stolen from me and no interest to help by the building's management, and on top of that, my own car was towed from my designated parking spot, which I've been using daily for over six months.
