Steve is an amazing tech. He was able to fit us in quickly after our AC unit quit on us. He made the necessary repairs and took the time to show me how to properly care for the unit to extend its life. He also provided valuable information on many topics. Steve from AZS has been amazing to work with. He’s come out twice when our furnace and then AC went out and both times he was very knowledgeable, helpful and spent the time to make sure we understood what was going wrong, and how to maintain our equipment ourselves. We will absolutely be going back to this company when we need help with our units.
Great company that is upfront and honest, which is paramount in this business. My technician responded quickly and was clearly very knowledgeable. Pricing was extremely fair. These are my go to guys from now on.
Initial visit with AZS was about 6 to 9 months ago for a regular A/C check-up. After seeing their professionalism, we chose to set up an annual service agreement that they were offering at reasonable cost. Then, about 2 months ago, our A/C stopped working. It was a Sunday. Hot Day. Called AZS. Response time was same day. Upon arrival, issue was quickly identified and resolved. A/C unit ended up needing a replacement part (which the tech had in the service vehicle).
