I had a seasonal maintenance completed by Steve on December the 2nd 2025 the snow storm early.I mentioned a one occurrence with the furnace. Steve found nothing. I called back on the 5th to report furnace not operating. He remedied that quick enough. He stood out to me for the following actions: He brought to my attention that my hot water pipe was frozen. Steve has provided our hvac service for over 15 years. The service he has provided to us includes annual maintenance, minor repairs, and complete hvac replacement. The service has been excellent. We had an issue with our thermastat recently, AZS was able to have the issue resolved the next day. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend AZS Heating and Cooling. Ask for Steve!

Steve is an amazing tech. He was able to fit us in quickly after our AC unit quit on us. He made the necessary repairs and took the time to show me how to properly care for the unit to extend its life. He also provided valuable information on many topics. I can't say how much we appreciated his quick action and caring demeanor! Thank you Steve!
Steve from AZS has been amazing to work with. He’s come out twice when our furnace and then AC went out and both times he was very knowledgeable, helpful and spent the time to make sure we understood what was going wrong, and how to maintain our equipment ourselves. We will absolutely be going back to this company when we need help with our units.
