Highly unlikely to recommend. Azroy was quite indifferent to our search for a house in Scottsdale. He has limited knowledge of the local market, so he wasted a lot of time without finding us a suitable home. He seemed inexperienced and was unclear about his tasks. Updating to 3 stars. Jorge, called me this morning and verified some misinformation I was given. The return call took about a week and half , but hey, it finally happened. Definitely a zero star. I have left numerous messages for Jorge at have received no return calls. I rented a property and I am requesting information of where to send a demand letter for my deposit. Do not do business with this shady company!!!
Azroy and their team worked hard to earn a single star. It's not zero stars because the transaction was completed. Throughout the buying process, paperwork was incomplete, late, even repurposing other sales paperwork. Their understanding and execution of real estate law and practices is troubling, and appeared to have no council with the seller.
