Very bad company to do any kind of business with. Please avoid at all costs
Filed a claim through First American for a leaking p-trap and toilet reservoir. They sent a plumber who inspected both items and said they were repairable under my warranty. He then said he had to run to the store for putty... and never came back. The home warranty denied the claim because they do not cover "faucets", an Item I did not ask to be repaired. As you can see from the many upset customers who have reviewed them in the past, this is a horrible company that does not act fair to the customers. Reputation and reliability mean everything to a business and this company lacks both. Save yourself the headache and find another company who can be reliable and professional.
