I have just met 2 Angels that I can never begin to repay. Chip and Michelle are the most amazing patient advocates I could of ever imagined I would come in contact with.Not only did they guide us through the medical questions we had but also filled our family with Gods spiritual guidance when we needed it most. This group has the most amazing staff. They are so caring, not only of the patient in their care but for the support they give to the caregiver and family. Azorna Hospice has the best transition care representatives. Very attentive to our needs throughout the whole process, Sam the community liaison was great and joyful.
