Complete waste of time
Go anywhere but here. I filled out records request Friday, it is 6 days later and they still haven’t sent to providers. I called today to try and give them direct fax numbers to records dept. for both applications and the girl was extremely rude and then when I asked a question HUNG UP on me, I called back assuming it was an accident, as soon as I started to speak she hung up again, then I called a third time and was sent to voicemail.
