My father was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, Dr. Patel reached out to me and left a voicemail to talk about a game plan, and has yet to call me back. She left my father in the hospital, wondering… What a way to deal with someone who just found out that they have cancer. It got to the point we had to ask the hospitalist what our options are to find another oncologist, since Dr. Patel, obviously wasn’t focused on my father’s case. Very disappointed.
Absolutely love Dr Patel and staff. All staff takes time to listen to concerns. Very caring staff.
