Excellent relief from Ultrasound Guided injections. Zero pain! 100% relief after only two visits! From 10 out of 10 pain. Left shoulder I could not raise arm and right shoulder was just as bad, suffering from RA and Osteoarthritis for 45 years! So I know what pain is. 100% better with no pain in both arms. If you need pain management, ask for Amber and Amelia. Best care duo I have come across! Amber is such a blessing and the best nursing assistant I have ever encountered. She explains things in a way that can be understood. The passion she shows tells me she is very caring and empathetic about her patients. I highly recommend Amelia and her lovely assistant Amber. The process for appealing a denied claim decision by the insurance companies is flawed to say the least. I have been waiting for over 8 weeks to get a resolution and nothing. I have called multiple times only to be transferred to a voice mail that is full and unable to take new messages. I also called and asked for an office manager...again got voice mail, left a message and no return call. Communication is a big problem with this facility. Just know that before you consider coming here.
Mary at the front counter is great very fast efficient personable if you’re in need of a pain treatment center. I would highly recommend coming to this location. Try to get set up with Amelia. She is incredible. Really cares about her patient and takes the extra minute to make sure the all of your concerns are addressed.
