RecommendedI took my 5 yr old son for Glasses and the Dr was very caring, helpful and understanding....The Dr was trying to understand why my son was having trouble seeing some of the Letters...The Dr figured it out and was very patient with my son....The Ladies who did the insurance were also nice and understanding, also caring....If you are Looking for a eyeglass place for children or Adults this is the perfect place to go to...The Dr is very easy to work with and is great with children!! I just had an eye exam about three days ago and was floored by the professionalism and welcoming attitude from the front desk to Jamie Strong. Thank you Theresa Ziegler for the recommendation.
Will never go back. I told the doctor that I did not like the mono vision contacts. Instead of prescribing regular astigmatism contacts like I requested she still insisted I continue With the mono vision. They made me dizzy and I couldn't see anything. I have since gone with another doctor and went back to the one's that work better for me. When I picked up my contacts they didn't offer a starter kit, didn't even offer a bag to carry out my contacts and were rude every time I had to deal with them. Had my first visit here with Jamie Strong and loved it. Everyone was very nice, I felt like the doctor was genuinely caring, listening and answering to any questions I had. I felt very welcomed and comfortable.
