As I do recall though the service you are speaking of was never charged to you in the first place and seems pretty unfair to complain about something free, since balancing is an additional charge on trailer tires and wheels and was asked to be done after the fact of paying for your already discounted new trailer tire, we didn't worry about the additional charge and went ahead and did it free of charge due to our promise to excellent customer service and integrity.
