Both my husband and I have been there multiple times and gotten the full detail. We are always extremely happy! If there are ever any discrepancies, we just point them out and they gladly correct them, no problems! We love Azle car wash! Can’t wait till they re-open
They had my car for 2 hours!! The first I came to get it and I looked it over it was a mess! I have three rows and I asked to make sure the third row cup holders were cleaned. And NOPE they were touched!! The very back trunk area was not even vacuumed. One guy came over asking who did my car and told them there was trash everywhere and they missed so much! It was ridiculous! I had stopped using Azle car wash last year because of this problem and I guess I’ll be driving into Lake Worth.
Payed $17 for exterior wash .truck was still dirty asked manager to run it through again she says no we can just wipe it with a damp cloth.Worst car wash I have ever been to.Dont waste your money.
Husband and I have used this place for years and have always loved them. Never again. I have soap all over my new truck and they say it’s the wax and if not they will dry my truck to get it off. No that will not remove soap it will rub the soap in. SMH never ever again.
I was there for over an hour, first of all. Second, he didn't clean out the trash, didn't vacuum under the floor mats or wipe down the doors where drinks had been spilled and a chocolate candy melted. Waste of $20! �
Won't ever use them again. They don't finish the job. I'll drive to lake worth for now on
