DO NOT take a rug here to be cleaned. My favorite rug had coffee spilled. I called them. They said they could get the stain out. Bring the rug the next morning. I did what they said. They had the rug for 4 weeks. It was rolled up and they put it in our car. When I got home I decided it needed to be rolled up so the sides were even. When I unrolled the rug it brought me to tears.
