I would not recommend this dental office. I am owed a refund that the office has acknowledged is valid, but the current owner refuses to issue it because he says the previous owner is responsible. As a patient, ownership changes should not become my problem. Instead of resolving the issue, I’ve been told it is now tied up with attorneys, leaving me with no clear resolution or timeline. Very disappointing customer service and lack of accountability.

Avoid this dentist at all costs. I was not happy with her work and decided not to have her finish the work I needed done. She billed my insurance company for work that was never done and I have been trying for the last two months to get the money back to the insurance company. I am about to lose $2000 of yearly benefits because of this dentist.

My first experience was great! The staff were friendly and very helpful with my insurance. The dentist and hygienist did a great job and took their time explaining the X-rays and pictures and the cleaning was painless!!!
