This has been my best experience with a medical facility so far, especially in Lake County. I highly, highly recommend this place! The staff showed nothing but kindness and attentiveness to patients. I also appreciate their quick response and how clearly everything was explained. Peter and the doctor were incredibly kind, providing the level of care and hospitality every patient hopes for. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!
We had the most friendly and professional experience with both Peter Orr and Dr Krupkin. Peter was patient and listened attentively to our dilemma after we searched for a civil surgeon and sent us a very detailed email answering all the questions we had. I went to Azimuth for a USCG Merchant Mariner Physical. Everything went smoothly and easily. Easy to schedule, took me right at appointed time, and got all the paperwork filled out perfectly. I would highly recommend for 719K physicals or similar.
The service was exceptional in every way from email communications for our own convenience to visiting the location for the actual medical exams. Peter and the Physician were both awesome. That is all one can ask from any medical professional. Will highly recommend.
It was a pleasure working with this hospital. Everything was handled efficiently and in a timely manner. Peter was fantastic—very responsive and guided me through the entire process, making everything much easier. Dr. Richard also did an excellent job with my physical exam; he thoroughly went over everything and encouraged me. I would highly recommend this place 100% to anyone needing their immigration medical exam.
