I’ve been in the service industry for a while and nobody came to ask us for drinks or take our order. Which fine . I can do it myself. But to add gratuity when I have to scan a damn QR CODE , put in my order and pick it up at the bar myself is ridiculous. Everyone here had a scowl and just looks like they hate life. The pool is so nice and has so much potential. Just needs better service.
Great pool and outdoor vibe, but terrible food. Remove the chicken philly completely, it's terrible.
The best, seen food advertised at THE POOL but not where. Looking for a grill or food being delivered by staff, but nothing. As we went back inside to find a pa e to eat, which is very hard mid day in the CASINO, I noticed on a banner a bar code, I abandoned it and it was VERY easy to navigate and order. Staff at bar were great and good was good.
We rented a cabana for an NFL Sunday. Blakeley was an amazing server! So sweet and attentive. Food was good as well! Maybe don’t try the pizza tho.
