Dr. Azelvandre has such a calming personality. Explaining everything to you at each appt. and listens to your concerns. She will send you to a specialist when it is necessary. I have been going to her for many years. Her front office staff is very nice and I have no complaints.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Me and my family have been patients here for over 7years, hardly ever getting sick so if and when we do make an appointment it unbearable pain! DR AZELVANDRE miss diagnosed my sister! And the same night my sister had to go to the ER!
